Been storing my stuff at this location for a couple of years now. Super convenient location, just off of I-71, I-64, Frankfort Ave, Downtown, and the VA. Staff isn’t always available all the time, but they’re great when I’ve interacted with them. They’re doing some work to improve the drainage in the parking lots, so that’s sweet. The 2 reasons for only getting the 4 stars are that security could use a little upgrade and their referral program isn’t as kind as it could be. Couldn’t do a bonus when I rented a second unit, then didn’t give credit when a friend misspelled my name on the referral.
But for real though, if you’re looking for a storage air that’s only 10 minutes from everything, these are the folks to see.

The Lower Brownsboro Stor All location is the ONLY facility I will ever use. The Manager Jennifer and Brooke have gone above, beyond and out of their way to make sure my belongings are secure, climate controlled, and best of all for me, saved me hundreds, yes many hundreds of dollars in just 7 months of doing business with them. Clean spacious units and unheard of customer service for a storage facility and I’ve dealt with several in the past. This facility is the only one I have never had a single issue with. SO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
